Shipping

Thank you for placing your order. We do our best to start your order as soon as possible, however it could take up to 1-2 business days to process before shipping. This is because we imprint each item to order and do not keep stock of any pieces. Because of this, our shipping times begin after production.

Shipping is standard UPS. All orders over $100 ship FREE.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 4pm CST begin processing the next business day.

Currently, we are exclusively offering shipping services within the continental United States. However, we are excited to announce that we will be expanding our shipping services to include Canada in the near future. Stay tuned for updates on our upcoming international shipping options!

Returns

We imprint each item to order and do not keep stock of any pieces. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If your product arrives damaged or in the incorrect color, size, or style, however, we will replace your item at no charge.

Damages & Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

PLEASE NOTE: All International sales are final. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for any order shipped outside of the U.S. at this time.
